Tiayrra Bradley describes herself as “multi-hyphenate” – an artist with multiple skills, each connected with a hyphen. She’s the driving force behind A Brilliant Dummy, a persona through which she combines her skills for The Chitlin’ Circuit, a virtual music platform inspired by emerging jazz, blues, hip-hop and other genres. She has created a space to amplify black voices and an educational resource for artists to learn about the business aspects of a career in music. The look and feel of her works is specific and strong, and each represents an intersection of Tiayrra’s experiences with photography, film and music production, as well as art direction and set design.
