For countries in the EU, a customer may return a product within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:

1. The right to cancel the order is subject to the following limitations:
   1. The product must be purchased via atomos.com
   2. The returned product must be:
      1. In original packaging as received
      2. Including all accessories or parts
   3. The purchase must be for personal use, not for commercial or business purposes
2. How to Arrange a ‘Change of Mind’ Return
   1. Contact us here and our customer support team will provide instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping:
   1. The customer is required to ship the product to the address specified by the customer support team or in a provided return label.
   2. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by our support team or if a return label is provided
4. Refund Amount:
   1. Once received, if the product is returned in accordance with clause 1, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the product within 1-3 business days
   2. If the product received is not in accordance with clause 1, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund, or reject it and send it back to the customer.
